Hotel Bar | Poolside

To revitalise a 1950s pool area into a vibrant mid-century beach club, the team executed a holistic branding and digital strategy. The creative process focused on "Craft Meets Concept," resulting in mens with bespoke illustrations, hand-finished menu covers and bill presenters that mirrored the physical space’s textures and playful colours. This tactile branding ensured Poolside maintained a distinctive identity that sat comfortably under the hotel’s wider brand umbrella.

Parallel to the physical design, an organic and paid social campaign was launched to build seasonal momentum. By leveraging Bermuda’s creative network through influencer partnerships and strategic giveaways, the programme generated authentic engagement and high visibility. The synergy between high-end craftsmanship and smart digital strategy delivered exceptional results: consistently sold-out events and a refreshed social presence that positioned the hotel as the summer’s premier destination. This project successfully bridged the gap between nostalgic design and modern commercial success.

Brasserie | Huckleberry

Tasked with evolving their fine-dining restaurant into a high-end brasserie, the goal was to create a magnetic brand identity that appealed to a broader, modern audience while maintaining the "guest-first" sophistication the brand is known for.

We developed a visual language rooted in shareability and warmth. By aligning the interior design with a contemporary palette and elegant typography, we turned every physical and digital touchpoint, from menus to the website into a backdrop for guest engagement. This integrated approach ensured the brand wasn't just seen, but experienced and shared.

The transformation successfully repositioned Huckleberry as Bermuda’s premier "social" brasserie. The refined aesthetic has amplified organic word-of-mouth and partner interest, proving that a cohesive, inviting identity is the ultimate tool for attracting and retaining the modern discerning guest.

Fine Dining | Loquat Restaurant

Guest spearheaded the comprehensive brand creation for Loquat, a sophisticated new restaurant destination in Bermuda. Tasked with introducing a fresh culinary perspective to the island’s hospitality scene, the agency delivered a full-service strategy encompassing naming, visual identity, and digital presence.

The project focused on blending Bermuda’s vibrant, tropical heritage with a modern, upscale aesthetic. Guest London developed a cohesive brand narrative that translates seamlessly from physical menus and bespoke collateral to a high-performance website. The digital platform was designed to be both visually immersive and conversion-focused, featuring elegant typography, professional food photography, and an intuitive user interface to drive reservations.

By aligning the restaurant’s storytelling with the luxury expectations of international travelers and locals alike, Guest London successfully positioned Loquat as a premier dining destination. The result is a refined, cohesive brand identity that captures the "spirit of place" while ensuring long-term commercial growth.

Al Fresco Dining | Clarabells

Given only the initial brief for a pizza restaurant set in tropical gardens, Guest conceived the entire brand from the ground up. We created the name Clarabell’s, the brand strategy, and the overall tropical-meets-vintage style. Throughout the process, we worked closely with the interior designer to ensure the brand identity and physical space lived in perfect harmony.

Our team designed every touchpoint of the guest experience, from pizza boxes, napkins, and coasters to a custom website and a bespoke ice cream cart. Following the launch, we managed an ongoing social media campaign that translated this unique atmosphere into digital growth. This end-to-end creative execution resulted in an incredible ROI, with the restaurant consistently hitting full booking capacity.

Coffee Shop Brand | Bagels & Brews

Tasked with launching a takeaway coffee and bagel concept within a hotel’s tropical gardens, we aimed to blend iconic New York energy with the estate’s existing luxury. Operating from a restored horse box, the strategy focused on a nuanced brand extension rather than a standalone identity. Visually, Guest maintained a cohesive link to the parent hotel by using Rosedon’s signature deep green, paired with bold, relaxed typography and hand-drawn artisan illustrations.

Every physical touchpoint was meticulously branded—from coffee cups to custom greaseproof paper—to ensure a premium, integrated experience. Beyond the aesthetics, we launched a digital campaign featuring ‘always-on’ paid ads and organic posts to showcase the menu. By transforming the breakfast offering into a street-style destination, the spot quickly became a popular weekend hangout and a firm favourite for local businesses seeking quality coffee and lunch on the go.
