Bringing a taste of NYC to the tropics

When Rosedon Hotel came to us with an idea for a takeaway coffee and bagel concept served from a beautifully restored horse box on the property, we knew we had something special on our hands. But this wasn’t about building a standalone brand from scratch — the brief was more nuanced.

Enter Bagels & Brews — a name that’s straight to the point, playful, and just the right amount of New York energy in a Bermudian setting.

Visually, we kept things connected by using Rosedon’s signature deep green, but introduced a bolder, more relaxed typeface that spoke to the takeaway, street-style nature of the offering.

From branded coffee cups and takeaway bags to custom greaseproof paper (yes, really), every detail was considered — ensuring that whether you’re strolling through the gardens or grabbing a bite on the go, it’s clear this is a Rosedon experience.

Because when a hotel knows how to do breakfast this well, why hide it?

Hand-drawn illustrations were developed to bring an artisan feel, working alongside the bold punch of New York character.
