Poolside Vibes

This fabulous pool area dating back to the 1950s was transformed into a vibrant mid-century beach club escape, complete with fresh interiors and playful touches.
Guest were asked to bring the brand to live across a range of touch-points such as menus and bill presenters, coasters and as well as creating digital assets for web and social media.

What we did

From stylish food and drinks menus and greaseproof paper, to table talkers, promotional posters, and even playful hand fans with tongue-in-cheek messaging, every item was designed to extend the Poolside experience beyond the setting itself.

Creating a buzz

To build momentum, we also developed an organic social campaign that channelled the same personality and visual identity.

Our approach combined smart social strategy with influencer and content creator partnerships. We tapped into Bermuda’s creative network, collaborating with voices who could bring the events to life online in an authentic way. Strategic giveaways built anticipation and drove engagement, particularly around the Poolside BBQs, while playful, shareable content kept the momentum going all season long.

The result? Stronger visibility for Rosedon’s F&B offerings, consistently sold-out events, and a refreshed presence on social media that positioned the hotel as the place to be this summer.

Craft Meets Concept

For Poolside’s menu and bill presenter covers, we partnered with one of our trusted suppliers known for their beautifully hand-finished craftsmanship. This felt like the perfect fit for a brand built on detail and design. The process was intentionally hands-on: working closely with the printers, we explored materials, textures, and finishes to ensure the final product captured the essence of Poolside.

The menus themselves leaned heavily on the real-life features of the space, its colours, textures, and playful mid-century aesthetic ensuring the printed experience mirrored the physical one. With Rosedon’s multiple F&B concepts, it was vital that Poolside had its own distinctive identity, while still sitting comfortably under the hotel’s wider brand umbrella. The result was a tactile, beautifully made menu cover that set the tone the moment guests arrived at the table.
